At 1700ink, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the custom and pre-order nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Refunds

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us at 1700ink.support@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the product. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Please note that all sales are final after 14 days from the date you receive your product.
